The Family-Hôtel can cater for all your business needs and the hotel provides an excellent setting for your conferences, seminars, meetings and workshops.
Whether it be just for a day or for a longer period, we offer a range of business facilities for up to 120 people that can be adapted to suit your needs.
You can also have use of several rooms all equipped with a flip chart, video projector and projection screen.
If you require, there is also a fully-equipped congress room for hire in the village of Vic-sur-Cère. Subject to availability.
Corporate & Group Activities
Take advantage of the facilities on offer at The Family-Hôtel and in the surrounding area. If you want, we can build in outdoor and cultural activities into your working schedule.
In winter you can enjoy skiing or snow-shoeing at the nearby ski resort of Le Lioran in the company of a professional mountain guide.
In summer months we can help you organize hikes or mountain biking so that your group can explore the natural beauty of the local area.
We can also arrange for guided visits of local heritage sites or offer entertaining events that give your business delegates a fascinating insight into the area’s local history and traditions.
We are also happy to organize evening entertainment based around a theme.
Accomodation and bespoke dining
At the Family-Hôtel business delegates have the choice of staying in the hotel or in one of our Family Village Cottages within the hotel grounds.
During your stay, you are welcome to dine in our hotel restaurant or if you prefer, we can arrange for private dining in the main hotel lounge that can be reserved exclusively for that purpose. We can also create a bespoke menu for your group.
